FACULTY BIO

Mrs. Sameera Helal is a Research and Teaching Assistant at the College of Health and Sport sciences, University of Bahrain. She has more than 10 years of academic experience in higher education and her clinical background is in the critical care practice. She has worked as registered nurse in Cardiac Care Unit in the main governmental hospital in Bahrain. Mrs. Sameera completed her master’s Degree in Advanced Nursing Practice (Adult Care Track) from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon in 2014. Mrs. Sameera was active member in number of CHSS committees including curriculum committee, quality committee, timetable committee. Mrs. Sameera is interested in conducting research relating to cardiac care, Evidence Based Practice and nursing education.
