Biography


Ms. Aqeela Abuidrees (MSc in DNA profiling, University of Central Lancashire (UK). BSc Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering (Jordan) is a Teaching and Research Assistant in the Medical Laboratories Sciences program in the Allied Health Department at the College of Health and Sports Sciences. She also holds the 9001/2015 lead audit certification. She worked previously at the Directorate of Forensic science evidence, and her experience includes forensic genetics, DNA profiling, serology, illicit drugs analysis, and toxicology. Mr. Aqeela's research interests include Molecular Biology, Forensic Sciences, Quality Assurance, and Biotechnology. She published many articles in Gene therapy, DNA profiling, population genetics, and forensic pathology.
