FACULTY BIO

Dr. Sharique Ahmed, Ph.D. in Medical Biochemistry 1997 from Aligarh Muslim University, INDIA) is working as Assistant Professor at CHSS, UOB. Dr. Ahmed is a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy ( FHEA) and a Microsoft Certified Educator (MCE). He has 22 years of teaching experience at various Medical schools in India, Nepal, and Libya. He was acting Chairperson of the Department of Biochemistry UCMS, Tribhuvan University, Nepal, and Chairperson of the Department of Biochemistry Misrata University, Libya. Dr. Ahmed has more than 26 years of research experience, with critical areas of research being Enzymology, Clinical Biochemistry, Clinical Chemistry, and Protein Chemistry. He is an author and co-author of more than 22 scientific papers in peer reviewed national and international journals. Dr sharique Ahmed also serves as an honorary reviewer and editor of several reputed journals.
