"Dr. Sawsan Haji Mohammad Taqawi, Assistant Professor in Physical Education Department in Bahrain University 2021, she has Ph. D Degree in Physical Education (Sports Management) 2016 from University of Bahrain, Master Degree in Physical Education (Coaching) 2005 from University of Bahrain, High Diploma in Education 1999 from Saint Joseph University of Beirut, High diploma in sports management 1999-2000 (Bahrain) American sports Academy in Bahrain, and BA in Physical Education 1995 from University of Bahrain. She is Vice President of the Badminton Asia since 2019, President of the Arab Badminton since 2018, and President of the Bahrain Badminton and Squash Federation since 2017. She was Member of Shura Council in 2014 and Member of Council of Represantative 2011 – 2014. She Headed Youth Committee and Foreign Affairs, Defence and National Security and Member of the Legislative and Legal committee in the Shura council. She also Headed the Foreign Affairs, Defence and National Security committee in the Council of Represantative. She was Member of the First Standing Committee on Peace and International Security of the international union parliament IPU of 2014. In 2009 she was Head of Youth Forums, and Head of Public & Foreign relations 2006 in General organization for youth & sports (Goys) Ministry of Youth and Sports Currently. In 2001 she was appointed to develop women in sports as Specialist, and in 1995 she was Physical Education Teacher. "
