Biography
As an Assistant Professor and former Director of Quality Assurance, I bring over 13 years of academic experience in teaching, curriculum design, and institutional quality enhancement. I led the review of three academic programs and facilitated the placement of three others on the National Qualifications Framework. I also served on the university’s mock review panel and built strong collaborations with accreditation bodies to ensure compliance with quality standards. In parallel, I have published over fourteen peer-reviewed studies in areas such as musculoskeletal rehabilitation, sports injury prevention, and evidence-based physiotherapy.
Achievements
- Led the review of 3 academic programs and facilitated the NQF placement of 3 others.
- Played a key role in quality assurance and accreditation, including institutional review panels.
- Designed and launched undergraduate and postgraduate programs, including MSc in Physiotherapy.
- Supervised 6 postgraduate theses and taught across multiple health-related disciplines.
- Published 14+ peer-reviewed articles on musculoskeletal rehabilitation, injury prevention, and evidence-based practice.
- Held leadership roles such as Department Chair and Program Director, contributing to curriculum and strategic development.
