Dr. Huda Jawad (Ph.D. in Clinical Pharmacology 2012, Queen Mary University, UK) is the Pharmacy program coordinator and a member of different committees at the CHSS. She has over 15 years of undergraduate teaching experience. Her area of expertise is pharmacology, pharmacy practice, chemistry, and deep vein thrombosis. She gained a fellowship in 2018 from the Higher Education Academy, London, and is a co-author in many journal articles and posters on various pharmaceutical fields. She has jointly received first place in Sh. Nasser Award in 2018 - Bahrain Olympics Committee in the category of Medical Sports for research submitted on the use of Anabolic Steroids.
