Biography

Dr. Hala Mohamed Sanad is an Associate professor of Medical-Surgical Nursing Sciences. She earned her Ph.D. in Medical-Surgical Nursing Sciences from Ain Shams University, Egypt in 2013. She became a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy-UK in 2016. Dr. Hala has an approximately 20 years of teaching experience. In 2010, she joined the Department of Nursing, College of Health sciences, as a lecturer. In 2013 she was Promoted to an assistant professor. She was the Coordinator of BSN program from 2016 – 2018. Dr. Hala was involved in many committees as head/member on department, college, and university levels. Dr. Hala has many international publications in medical- surgical and nursing education. Her main areas of research interest are critical care, Cardiac, Diabetes, Oncology, nephrology, and education.
