FACULTY BIO

Dr.Asokan.G.V. (Masters in Medical Epidemiology 1998, T.N. Dr.MGR Medical University, India) is a senior lecturer and the coordinator of the Public Health Program. He is a Fellow of the American College of Epidemiology and a Fellow of the Royal Society for Public Health, besides being a member of the Cochrane Collaboration and the International Society for Infectious Diseases. He has over 25 years of teaching and medical research experience in epidemiology, public health, communicable and non-communicable diseases, evidence-based medicine, public health policy, and one health. He is an author and co-author of over 60 scientific publications. Dr.Asokan is a reviewer for many high-impact factor medical journals.
